How consumers opt in: customers receive messages through Reploy only after they initiate a conversation by texting a participating business first, or after they provide their mobile number to that business and expressly agree to receive text messages from it (for example, to receive appointment confirmations and reminders they requested). Consent is collected by the business at the point the number is provided and is never a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies depending on the conversation (typically replies to your own messages, plus any appointment confirmations or reminders you requested).
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message and nothing further unless you opt back in.
