These Terms govern your use of Reploy and its messaging service. By using the service, or by messaging a business that uses Reploy, you agree to them.

The service

Reploy provides an automated assistant that helps businesses respond to their customers over SMS and WhatsApp, including answering questions and sending appointment reminders and confirmations.

SMS messaging program

  • By messaging a participating business, or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from that business.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, or to send content that violates the rights of others or applicable messaging policies.

Business accounts

Businesses that subscribe agree to provide accurate information, obtain proper consent from their own customers before messaging them, and comply with all applicable laws and carrier or messaging-platform policies. Subscription fees, tiers, and billing are as described at signup.

Payments

Card payments a business takes through Reploy are processed by Stripe on that business's own connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe's terms. Reploy is not the merchant of record for those transactions.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will always be delivered, accurate, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reploy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
