Messaging Policy

Effective date: July 7, 2026 · SMS & WhatsApp program terms

Reploy ("we", "us") operates a messaging service that lets small businesses respond to their customers over SMS and WhatsApp. This page describes the messaging program: what messages are sent, how consumers consent to receive them, and how to stop them.

1. What messages does the program send?

Messages are conversational customer care on behalf of the business you contacted:

The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. How do consumers opt in?

You will only receive messages through Reploy in one of two ways:

Consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase. Phone numbers are never bought, borrowed, or messaged without one of the two forms of consent above.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation — typically one reply per message you send, plus any appointment confirmation and reminder you requested.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Reploy does not charge consumers to receive messages.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to you unless you opt back in (for example, by replying START or texting the business again). You can also ask the business directly, or email us, to be removed.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@ReploySolutions.com.

7. Privacy of messaging data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Messaging data is used only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
