This Privacy Policy explains how Reploy ("Reploy", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website, www.reploysolutions.com, and our messaging service, which helps businesses respond to their customers over SMS and WhatsApp. By using our service, or by messaging a business that uses Reploy, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information — your mobile phone number when you text a participating business or provide it to that business.
- Message content — the messages you send to and receive from a business through the service.
- Conversation metadata — timestamps, channel (SMS or WhatsApp), and delivery status.
- Appointment details — if you book an appointment through the service, the date, time, and service requested.
- Business account information — for businesses that subscribe: name, contact details, login credentials, and billing information (payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).
2. How we use information
- To deliver the messaging service: receive your messages, generate and send replies on the business's behalf, relay the business owner's answers, and send appointment confirmations and reminders you have agreed to receive.
- To maintain each business's knowledge base so the service can answer accurately.
- To operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- To process subscriptions and billing for business accounts.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. SMS / text messaging
If you text a business that uses Reploy, or provide your mobile number to that business and agree to receive texts (for example, appointment confirmations and reminders), you may receive text messages from that business through our service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Messaging Policy for full program terms.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only:
- With the business you are messaging (they see your messages and phone number — you are, after all, texting them).
- With service providers who help us operate the service — our messaging carrier (Twilio), AI processing provider, database hosting, and payment processor — each bound by confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide the service.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
5. Data retention
We retain messages and related data for as long as needed to provide the service to the business you messaged and as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Access or deletion — to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
